We are excited to welcome you back to our fishhouse… And what better opportunity than to relaunch our humble abode with a Bills Fishhouse & Bar Chef’s Table – revisiting together old favourites while looking ahead at inspired food ideas for our upcoming menu to be launched Thursday 11th June 2020.
The idea is simple, we do the hard yards and cook you an amazing five course tasting meal while you sit back, relax and enjoy being out of your home – finally!
The menu is a carefully curated sea-to-plate selection with a focus on staying true to fresh, local, sustainable and seasonal ingredients. At the bar, drinks pack some major punch with a selection of bespoke cocktails and a wine list to impress the most developed palette.

TO ALL OF OUR PROSPECTIVE GUESTS – in line with NSW restrictions during the COVID-19 pandemic, we will be taking all the steps necessary to ensure a safe space for our guests, our team and by extension our community – this will include social distancing measures being implemented within our seating arrangements, limiting the number of guests per sitting, ongoing hygiene and safe food handling practices as well as any new measures released moving forward.
